About this event

Rochelas is the women climbers' meet of the Serra do Cipó, the quartzite and limestone sport-climbing area north of Belo Horizonte, held every two years. The third edition, in June 2026, brought women of all levels together for three days of climbing on the local sectors, sharing skills and stories, with a local producers' fair, food stalls and prize draws from sponsors. It is backed by the Santana do Riacho council and its municipal tourism council, and the organisers say it is open to everyone.

Held every two years: after this third edition in 2026, the next one is expected in 2028.
